Lionsclaw Consulting Ltd. is a specialist practice focused on programme leadership, delivery governance, and strategic advisory for organisations operating in aerospace, space, and advanced manufacturing.
We work with a small number of clients at any given time — typically founders scaling engineering organisations, programme leaders navigating transformation, and senior teams building delivery capability in regulated, high-consequence environments.
Our approach is direct, discreet, and outcome-focused. We are not a large generalist firm and we do not operate that way. What we offer is senior thinking, applied precisely, in contexts where the stakes are high and the margin for error is narrow.

Alexander spent over fifteen years directing complex, high-stakes programmes at Amazon and Microsoft — building Audible's international delivery function from the ground up as Director, and leading hardware-software launch programmes for Xbox across 31 markets.
He is now focused on a single problem: the gap between engineering excellence and delivery maturity in aerospace, space and deep-tech organisations. Many of the best engineering teams in the sector operate inside programmes that are structurally fragile — where governance is improvised and the delivery disciplines that scaled technology organisations take for granted are genuinely absent. Lionsclaw exists to close that gap.
His move into the sector is grounded in direct operational experience within satellite AIT environments, complemented by the UKAEA Nuclear and Fusion Accelerator Programme, executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and early flight experience with an RAF Flying Scholarship.
Alexander is based in Oxford within the Harwell Space Cluster ecosystem.
